Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order within 2 business days of receiving your order.

UK postcode orders are generally dispatched with Royal Mail and should be received in 1-3 working days depending on the service selected. Please note: Whilst Royal Mail are generally very good at getting the post to the customer within the stated time we cannot consider a package to be lost until 10 working days after the day of dispatch.

International (i.e. Non-UK postcode) orders are generally sent via Air Mail and should be received in around 5-10 working days in Europe and 7-20 working days for the rest of the world.

Some items are made to order or are not kept in stock as they are less ordered items in which case there may be a delay of up to 12 working days before we dispatch the order. Should there be a greater delay we will contact you.

At our discrection we also use courier companies for both National and International orders.

In so using Royal Mail or courier companies you are bound by their delivery terms. Should orders not be delivered by these carriers by their maximum delivery times we shall resend the order and make a claim against them. Please be aware that most delivery companies, including the Royal Mail, do not consider an item lost until 21 working days after it has been posted. In the event that we make a claim against a company they may send you documentation that you will need to return to them validating the claim - we request that you do respond becuase if we are unable to complete the claim due to your non compliance we may charge you for the amount of the claim.

You must inform us within two working days of receipt if the delivery is incomplete or damaged so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. Where an item is damaged in transit you must retain the packaging and please also take photographs the whole package and the damaged goods.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Should the back order period be greater than two weeks you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We may contact you by telephone, email or other means in relation to your order, for example: notifying you of delivery status, updating you on stock availability or informing you of changes with the order. You cannot opt out of these communications. We will never combine these communications with marketing promotions that you have a legal right to opt out of.

We may use your data for marketing purposes but will always provide a means for you to opt out. We may occasionally use the data you supplied, in our own Legitimate Interest, to send details of products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. We will never use your data in a way that conflicts with your own legal rights and interests.

If we share information with a third party, such as a payment gateway or delivery company, their use of your data will be limited to the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We will make our reasonable endeavours to ensure that all third parties treat your personal data in a legal and appropriate way.

Our Legitimate Interest is to provide marketing information to people who have shown their interest in our products. We also have a Legitimate Interest in finding other, similar, people and we may use your email address or phone number to help find such people without any detrimental impact on you and our advertising suppliers similarly have a Legitimate Interest in displaying the most relevant ads.

The third-party processors that we use are large responsible companies or organisations and we are sure they have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to protect your data. Many of these use sub-processors themselves such as cloud services like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure to run their own services. In the case of payment processors, the entire banking infrastructure lies behind them and they pass data to Visa, Mastercard, other similar schemes, the relevant card issuer and acquirer.

AUTOMATED PROCESSING
We may use personal data for automated decision making; we may send you emails, notifications or other communication that are tailored to you and based on your purchasing history.
